The Department of Labor has beaten back a legal challenge to its authority to issue a warning about including crypto assets in retirement plans.
This week, a federal judge in Washington dismissed the lawsuit brought by ForUsAll, an online advisor and 401(k) service provider catering to small and midsize businesses that promotes crypto assets as part of its retirement plan mix.
