Ryde Group, which is headquartered in Singapore, filed for an initial public offering Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company’s business consists of its ride-hailing and carpooling app and its Quick Commerce package delivery booking service. For the year ended Dec. 31, 2022, the company reported revenue of $8.8 million Singapore dollars ($6.5 million). In the prior year, the company reported revenue of S$6.1 million.
Ryde didn’t give an expected size for its planned IPO, nor did it provide an expected price range.
The company intends to apply to list on the NYSE American under the symbol RYDE.
Maxim Group LLC is listed as the offering’s underwriter.
